1. Definitions

3. Account Registration

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must not use false information, someone else's details, or automated methods to create an account.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

taa77 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and process your transactions. If any of your details change after registration — particularly your email address or phone number — you are responsible for updating your account profile promptly. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Verification

taa77 may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any point. This typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence) and, for certain withdrawal amounts, a proof of address. Account verification is required before large withdrawals are processed and may be required before certain bonuses are released.

4. Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your taa77 account login credentials — email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. taa77 will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or any other channel.

Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact taa77 support at support@taa77.app immediately so the account can be secured. taa77 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to protect their login credentials.

You must not share your account with any other person, allow anyone else to use your account, or transfer your account to another person. Account sharing is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

5. Deposits

All taa77 deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱). taa77 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. All accepted payment methods are listed on the taa77 deposit page and currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are processed immediately and credited to your taa77 balance upon confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are typically credited within a few hours depending on the sending institution. Card deposits are subject to standard payment processing timelines.

5.2 Deposit Limits

taa77 may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and period. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. Players may request additional deposit restrictions for responsible gaming purposes — see Section 10.

5.3 Deposit Source

All funds deposited into your taa77 account must be your own money from legitimate sources. You must not deposit funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. taa77 reserves the right to request proof of funds in connection with any deposit and to freeze or return funds where their legitimacy cannot be established.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your taa77 account are processed in PHP ₱ to the same payment method used for your deposit, where this is possible. If the original method cannot receive withdrawals, you will be asked to nominate an alternative Philippine payment channel in your name.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically reviewed within one business day. After approval, e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are usually received within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

6.2 KYC for Withdrawals

taa77 requires KYC verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a cumulative threshold or where the identity of an account holder has not yet been confirmed. You will be prompted to submit the required documents through your account. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is complete. 7. Betting and Casino Game Rules

7.1 Odds Lock

For sports betting, the odds displayed on the taa77 bet slip at the moment you confirm a wager are the odds that apply to your bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets. The potential return shown at confirmation is the amount you receive on a winning outcome.

7.2 Void Events and Cancelled Games

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time for settlement, single bets on that event will be voided and the stake returned to your balance. In accumulator bets, a voided selection is removed and the remaining selections continue at their combined odds. taa77 reserves the right to apply event-specific settlement rules where the standard rules do not adequately cover the circumstances.

7.3 Casino Game Results

All casino games on the taa77 platform operate using random number generation certified by licensed third-party providers. Game results are final once a round is complete. In the event of a technical interruption mid-round, taa77 will make reasonable effort to recover the round state from game logs. Where recovery is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.

7.4 Palpable Errors

taa77 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted at clearly incorrect odds or on a clearly incorrect event due to a technical or human error (referred to as a palpable error or manifest error). In such cases, the stake will be returned. taa77 will make its determination of whether an error is palpable on a case-by-case basis and will communicate directly with affected players.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

taa77 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spin credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general rules in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your taa77 account must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed when the bonus is offered and within the bonus section of your account. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires₱10,000 of eligible real-money bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.

8.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the taa77 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates by game category are published in the bonus terms for each promotion. Bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements will not count toward clearing a bonus, regardless of the outcome.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the taa77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, voiding of bets, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account individually or in coordination with others
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the taa77 platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Match fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of game or bet outcomes
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering
• Using another person's payment method or providing false payment information
• Attempting to access taa77 systems beyond your own account, or attempting to intercept or alter platform communications
• Facilitating or enabling any of the above by others

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Self-Management Tools

Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12. Privacy and Data Use

taa77 collects and processes personal data about registered players for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and platform security. 13. Limitation of Liability

taa77 is not liable for losses arising from: platform downtime or technical interruptions; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; actions taken by a player based on incorrect personal interpretation of odds or game rules; or losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

In all cases, taa77's maximum liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. taa77 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

14. Amendments to These Terms

taa77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, taa77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a notice displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the taa77 platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support@taa77.app to request account closure.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising between you and taa77 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform will first be subject to good-faith resolution through taa77's customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with taa77 support, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial body with jurisdiction under Philippine law. You agree that the Philippine courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal channels.
